The ruins of an office building that wasn't completely buried underground by the bomb. There is evidence of raiders and settlers trying to male a home here, but none seem to have stayed. It often has a few feral ghouls roaming in and outside the building.

Shortly after the institute was destroyed, the Railroad cleared out Vault 95 to use as a salvation for Synths and scientists with nowhere else to go. At some point, a riot broke out and the humans living there were either killed or thrown out. Since then, the group of Synths living there have been called the SIS (Synth Institute Salvation). They greatly dislike and will attack anyone not in the SIS.

The main settlement of the Children of Atom. Their numbers have been greatly growing since the uprising of the Spirit Worshipers. Though they are not always hostile, they have been becoming more aggressive towards nonbelievers and anyone who supports the Spirit Worshipers.

This abandoned cave was once the home of a Mutant scientist. It is believed he left after the Institute was destroyed. Not much is left in the cave, but it does make a excellent shelter from the Glowing Sea and the roaming Deathclaws.

The Glowing Sea Wastelands is an empty land filled with radiation storms and puddles of glowing radiated water . Its home to extremely dangerous creatures. Human will almost instantly upon entering without a hazmat suit. This excludes many of the Children of Atom for an unknown reason.
